How to use
To make your mouthwash, using the dose cup, add 1-2 squirts of concentrate and dilute with clean water up to the fill mark (20 mL). Rinse or gargle for 30 seconds then spit out. DO NOT SWALLOW. Use up to 2 times per day. Remove top portion of printed sleeve at perforation. Remove dose cup, then push cap down and turn. TO CLOSE: Push down on cap while turning until securely tightened.
