How to use
Adults: Mix 1 scoop (5.7 g) of PRE-WORKOUT in 1 cup (250 mL) of cold water immediately before consumption, once a day. Shake well before use.
Warnings
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing, or have a known allergy to any ingredients in this product. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Do not use if you are taking blood pressure medications (either antihypertensives or hypertensives), thyroid medications, sympathomimetics, or monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs). Ensure you drink enough fluid before, during and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking lithium, have liver or kidney disease, or if you have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). Consumption with natural health products (e.g., bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (e.g., ephedrine) that increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g., medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, maté) is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Gastrointestinal discomfort (e.g., nausea, diarrhea) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Caffeine at or above 200 mg per day has been shown to reduce blood flow to the heart muscle during exercise, which might lead to cardiovascular complications, such as chest pain and irregular heartbeat, even in healthy individuals. If those symptoms occur, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. May cause flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose. Use only as directed. Do not exceed the recommended serving as improper use does not enhance results. Do not use if inner seal has been opened. Store in a cool, dry place.
