How to use
Adults - Take one (1) drop daily or as directed by a health care practitioner. May be put on food, added to a drink, or licked from clean surface such as a spoon or the back of a washed hand.
Warnings
"Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you kidney disorders, you take any prescription medications including antacids, anticonvulsants, digoxin, cholestyramine, colestipol, mineral oil, steroids, statins or thiazide diuretics, or if you are taking other supplements containing vitamin D. 15-20 mcg of vitamin D per day is adequate for most individuals. Consult a health care practitioner to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product. Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness occur which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia or if you have any other side e ects."

Literally, a life saver for me!
I have been using Ddrops 1000IU/365 for years, which I had to take 10 drops of every morning. As a cancer patient, I have practically no immune system left yet, if I catch a cold, it literally lasts anywhere from one to three days, and I'm back to my usual energetic self. Considering how short our Canadian summer is, this particular supplement should be recommended to everyone. The so-called "flu season" really is a vit.D deficiency season. I have recently purchased this new 2500IU concentration of Ddrops, and take 4 drops first thing in the morning. The Shoppers' price is the best I found, and I'm stocking up on this product today.
