The spray worked fine, did not feel to wet for a sprat and it kept me dry and odorless, especially after a workout. The problem I have is the smell overwhelms you, like a musk smell. There's been a couple days where I used it when I knew it would be crazy and I didn't feel like I smell "like a man". So good for either gender! Sprays well and provides a good amount with each spray.
