I gave this deodorant 2 chances. I truly like the smell but seconds after I apply it my underarms are wet and I started sweating even more.

It smells amazing. Let's start with that. I really wish Dove made this exact scent in their other deodorants because it's so good. Sadly, it's more of a perfume stick than a deodorant. I had to apply and reapply and was still smelling body odor after a few hours. It also doesn't do anything for sweating. Ah Dove, you nailed the scent and love that it's aluminum free but it doesn't last. 💔

I wanted to like this deodorant. It worked well for a few weeks but then one day I was like "is that smell me?!" And then again the next day despite showering and reapplying. Maybe it's just me but sadly I won't be repurchasing

Product leaves armpits feeling very sticky which is an uncomfortable feeling all day

This deodorant burned me so bad! Left my armpit red and feeling like they were on fire! Complete waste of money!

Everyone knows when you make thr switch from aluminium anti perspirant there is a month adjustment period. I had done this about a year ago and had tried "natural deodorant" which contained sodium bicarbonate and burned my skin. The odour wasn't pleasant. I've since experimented with using an alcohol based layer, then a root powder and shea oil based layer to soak sweat and stay dry. This has mostly worked for for 12 to 24hrs (but not always) and sometimes having to reapply during day to absorb moisture(as the bacteria feed on sweat so getting rid of it is a priority..) I tried this dove vitamin care, and was so so surprised that it really did work for 48hours plus I sometimes would mix the all over body deodorant that is coconut oil and root power based the anti chafe deodorant from dove, and this should eliminate and reduce wetness. But overall I'm so so pleased something is actually working. It's the coconut and shea option. Which I think has a nourishing formula.

Works well I love this deodorant, it last all day long, even after 3 days, will forever purchase, a game changer

I've always used Dove deodorant and other dove products. Thought I would try this one and was thoroughly disappointed. I would say I'm on the smellier side when I don't use deodorant so I have always put deodorant on day and night and haven't had any issues. I started using this deodorant and could tell by the end of the day that I had a little bit of a smell. Tried to use it for a couple weeks to see if my body needed to get used to it but it was the same way each day. Finally decided I could not use it any longer and moved one. Haven't had any issues with the new product I am using.

Be careful leaving it in the car when traveling. Loved everything else about it

Smells amazing, and that's about it. It does not work at all, I was smelling bad within a few hours, I wasn't doing anything but sitting/walking around in my house. I regret buying, especially because of the price, very pricey!
