I was in a lot of pain from the arch to the heel and decided to try these insoles. What relief. It took a few days before my feet improved, although it was more comfortable for me to wear shoes right away. I bought two additional pairs after that, even placing one pair inside my house slippers. As long as I wear the slippers with the insoles, my feet don't hurt nearly as much. The product is far better than any expensive orthotic insert I had been prescribed in the past.

This is the worst insole I ever bought, Plantar Faciitis means severe heel pain and this insole does not have any cushion for heel even do not have arch supports (orthotics) to help distribute pressure to your feet more evenly. I opened it and went back to the store to return it the same day but since its open they did not accept the return!
