The packaging is extremely frustrating because the bottle is hard as a rock and you have to have a great deal of hand strength to squeeze the bottle to get the product out. I am a normal human and it literally takes me using both hands to squeeze the bottle to get it out. I have never had this issue with any other brands.. only Drunk Elephant with their body and hair products. Yes the bottles are cute but not functional

THE REASON I WONT buy this again, though is so stupid. the packaging is awful. I cannot get the product out! It wasn't until almost my entire bottle was gone I realized I can add water into the wash to get it out, and then it all came out at once... just sad. Please fix packaging. I would buy if it were not for this. Every time I took a shower I literally thought omg. This is so frustrating I want to write a bad review. and here I am.

drunkelephant.com/Everyone I know raves about DE products. I tried the scrubbi Bamboes body Cleanser and was suprised to find absolutely no scent whatsoever, if anything it stunk. The jelly-like texture isn't terrible so 2 stars is sufficient..
