drybar.com/The horrible design of the cord alone on the curling iron and all of their styling tools. I'm assuming, will keep me from ever purchasing another driybar hair tool again. If you Google it, it's actually post to quite a bit that it's such a poor design that within a very short period of time you'll find yourself with a completely screwed up cord that makes the device a pain to use. It turned into a big messed up ball for some reason and it's just this brand of curling iron because there are several others I've had several others where I did not have this issue and they had a similar swivel core design.
