I love it it's easy and fast 😌

This product shot sparks and then stopped working just one month after purchase. It is my third one that has malfunctioned in a similar way. The company makes you ship it back, at yoru own expense, even though it is still under warranty and I have not had any compensation or replacement issued. Stay away from this one.

Got it for a Christmas gift and loved it for about a year then one day it just wouldn't turn on. Of course no receipt because it was a gift. So much money for what it is. I pulled out my Revlon that's 4 years old and am back to using that!

I don't recommend this product if you have thick, curly hair. It doesn't control frizz or dry the hair efficiently even when sectioned. I've used the Revolon brush previously and recommend that one more.

I love this tool! I bought it because I really liked the revlon one but it never lasted very long but this has lasted me years. Granted I don't use it every day like some people might but I go back and forth between this and my straightener (so at least once every week or couple weeks). I also love yellow so there's that.

I have shoulder length hair. This blow dry brush works terrible for me. Makes my hair flyaway takes forever to dry and my hair will frizz after a short time. An expensive mistake. I should have returned

This was my first blow-dryer brush and I was so excited. I have long fine Asian hair with a lot of baby hair. After using this, I noticed my hair was actually flatter than using a blow dryer and round brush however my hair was so soft and the shiniest it's been after a home blow dry. I ended up returning and have plans to buy the half shot. The paddle shape and possible the single shot is more ideal for thick or curly hair types. If you struggle with flat fine hair, this size is probably not for you. 5 stars because it's an amazing product and my fault for selecting the wrong size and product for my hair type.

Don't buy, and if you do keep your receipt. Heating element will break and Drybar won't honor the warranty without an original receipt.

Worked great for 2.5 years and then completely died. I called the help desk to ask if there was a way to clean the filter or something to troubleshoot. Person I talked to was very rude and dismissive of my problem, and, since my dryer is outside of the warranty period, she was not willing to help me at all. I think a 2 year warranty for such an expensive hair dryer and that it broke down in such a short period of time is quite ridiculous.

I have very thick hair and it smooths it nice. The only bad thing I have to say is the bristles are breaking down. I have probably used it less than 20 times. But I do like how my hair looks and feels.
