How to use
Adults and Children 12 years and older: take 2 chews 1-2 times per day. Drink a full glass (8 oz) of liquid with each dose. Do not exceed the maximum recommended daily dose in a 24 hour period. Generally produces a bowel movement within 30 minutes to 6 hours period
Warnings
Do not take: • if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in this product. • In the presence of: abdominal pain, nausea, fever, vomiting, blocked intestine, inflamed bowel, severe dehydration • within 2 hours of other medicines because the desired effect of the other medicines may be reduced. • Any type of laxative for more than one week. Consult a doctor before use if you : have a kidney disease • are on a magnesium-restricted diet" • noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that lasts over 2 weeks. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are :• pregnant or breastfeeding • taking any medication as these may interact. Stop use and ask a doctor if :• you have rectal bleeding or fail to have a bowel movement after using this product, these could be signs of a serious condition • need to use for more than 1 week, overuse or extended use may cause dependence for bowel function. Hypermagnesemia has been seen after prolonged use in patients with renal impairment or in small children particularly if they have renal impairment or dehydration. Keep out of reach and sight of children. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
