Everything it was promised to be!

I purchased this item on a budget and with a plan I had $130 worth of points on my shoppers reward card, but I also purchased this item on a 20X points day and received an additional $130 on my reward card. So right there I consider that a $260.00 savings. Which now bring this dryer into a great ...price range that is doable at half price. I also received three free gifts for making this purchase. I ordered online as I do not have a Shoppers Boutique near me and it arrived in perfect shape and on time. And since it is during COVID 19, they sent me a prepaid return label if I was unhappy with my purchase. WOW, now that is customer service done right. Unpackaging this beauty was exciting. It arrived in great condition and was packedge very well. It came with the three hair attachments and a silicon mat. The cord on this dryer is a great length. Longest cord I have had on a hair tool. There is a power adapter box on the cord itself that is approximately 10 inches from the plug in. It is not in a great spot with my particular set up, but it is not a bother. This dryer is light weight and easy and comfortable to handle. I have arthritis in my hands and all the buttons here easy for me to press, turn on and manipulate. ANd if you hold the dryer at the buttons it does not impact or change settings. The tools are magnetic which allows for easy on and off, but it does not fall off easily. Again this is wonderful for my hands to put on and take off. I also suffer from migraines and like soaking my head under water to alleviate the pain but drying my hair afterward is unbearable. The noise level on the lowest setting was easy for me to handle. Also because it is so quiet, my dog now enjoys being dried with a hair dryer. With the consistent heat control, I never fear that it will get overheated or be too hot for my dog. This dryer completely dried my hair in under 6 minutes with and 1 additional minute on cool shot. The volume i received with the diffuser was incredible. I have fine hair but it stays wet a long time. Also the curl lasts days and did not fall out overnight. This has made hair styling so much easier. The heat settings of cool, low, medium and high. High was too hot for me. I really liked the low air flow with medium heat setting. I also found it did not heat up my bathroom as well causing me to sweat off my skin care or make up. I love the size of this dryer. This will be easy to pack in luggage and even a carry on with the attachments. As someone who uses the diffuser a lot, I really liked the full size of it and it covers so much surface and since it attaches right to the dryer you do not have to hold it out so far to accommodate the standard hair dryer nozzle length. Overall I am completely impressed with this dryer, the size, the power, noise level and how light it is. I would highly recommend this product and would purchase again.
