I thought this was the most amazing hair appliance since the flat iron came out, It did a great job , for about 2 weeks ,then it started shutting off on me half way through my hair...

dyson.com/I got this as a gift and it stopped working within a week. The red light would go on at the bottom. I tried to trouble shoot everything it could possibly be. Maybe it's just a bad one? I'm taking back to exchange for a new one. Hopefully this one works.

dyson.com/I am very disappointed in this product. It does do an excellent job at drying my hair very quickly but it cannot create a style that lasts for even one day. The ID was incredibly disappointing and turns off in the middle of styling all the time, and the tutorials are terrible. You also should not have to hold down the button to connect to Bluetooth, and I'd argue there shouldn't even be Bluetooth in the first place. Overall, very disappointing product. It is a good dryer but absolutely not worth the price since it cannot create a style and it's difficult to use due to the ID. Your fingers will cramp using ID or you will struggle to turn on the cool shot while maintaining your position. Do not buy unless you want a glorified blow-dryer that can't style your hair.
