Disappointed in the limitation of the humidity function. It won't reach a 70% humidity. It caps at 60% despite being able to increase it to 70.

I love it the overall humidity cooling in the room. air feels clean. highly recommend it.

so quiet! I beileve it has helped the air quality in our bedroom. Have not needed the Humidifier as of yet but very happy with it.

I brought this device last month. It has been amazing so far, but the only issue I have is that a few weeks ago it started to give off a weird smell whenever I would put on the cool function. I don't know how or why; it was fine when I first started using it. Other than that it would definitely be a 5/5.

Stopped working 8 months after buying it due to water tank sensor claiming the tank was not seated, and there being no way to override this. Had to go through multiple customer service calls including a video call before they would believe me that I was indeed correctly inserting the tank. Instead of repair, they shipped me another pump motor. This was not the issue, and replacing the pump motor did not fix the issue if the machine claiming the tank wasn't inserted. Finally they accepted it for repair. Had to find a moving box big enough to ship it. No word back for nearly 2 months. Finally I called and was told it had been slated for replacement but nobody had bothered to contact me. The replacement was shipped not to my shipping address... But to the service centre, as the customer service rep put the service centre's address on the waybill by mistake. They tried again, and finally I received a replacement machine which has been operating well for the past month. All due to a faulty tank sensor.

Bad humidifier, not worth the money I wouldn't recommend you buy it.

Since purchasing the PH03 Humidifier, it has been used every day/night and appears to be living up to the claimed results. It is quiet, attractive and the water is easy to change. Part of the proof of the pudding - so to speak - will be in the Ease pf the cleaning process. So far, it was an excellent buy.
