I got the periwinkle shade not expecting much after being disappointed by Tower28 only to find myself thrilled by it! It has better pigment, that awesome cooling sensation and thankfully doesn't dry instantly so you have some time to blend and get a better result. It dries in a few seconds, but you have time to work with it which is so helpful. I want the rest.
