Love the shimmer! Plumping sensation is strong!

[I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.] This is a really nice lip oil! I tried the shade "Papayarazzi" and the color is beautiful! The shimmer catches the light beautifully without being gritty on the lips. The color itself is pretty too, sheer upon first application but... can easily be built up. I appreciate the versatility. Definitely can be applied on the go, without a mirror, which I love! The plumping effect is the only aspect of this lip oil that isn't great in my opinion. I found the "cooling effect" to cause some irritation to my lips and I haven't noticed my lips to be significantly plumper when I use this. It does plump my lips, but not to the level I would expect given the amount of tingling that I feel after applying the lip oil. Plumping level doesn't match the tingling sensation, if that makes sense. It isn't uncomfortable, but I wouldn't reach for this lip oil if I was looking for something moisturizing or soothing. The plumping effect is stronger than the Lawless Forget the Filler gloss but less intense than the Fenty Heat goes. The packaging feels nice, but isn't anything special. Given the price point, it's sleek and a good design. The doe foot applicator is very soft and comfortable to use! Overall, I think it's a great lip oil!! I really love the shade and would definitely recommend to friends, especially if they prefer a plumping sensation.
