I have both the pink guava and clear pomelo. I love them both. I'm sensitive to a lot of formulations and will react to ingredients common in lip products. I am very happy to find lip products that I can use, and actually hydrate my lips.

I love this lip treatment. Doesn't leave my lips dry or peeling. I've tried several lip treatments and I fell in love with this one. I'll order more for sure. And the color is perfect.

Despite its name it actually made my lips drier. I put some on overnight and woke up with chapped lips

I got a free sample of the thirst burst lip treatment to try out. I'm definitely a lip gloss girlie so I'm always looking forward to adding new treasures to my collection. The sheer blue hibiscus color gave just enough shine. Some lipglosses can leave your lips feeling sticky but that wasn't something I had to worry about with this. The lip gloss glides on smoothly and evenly. It doesn't give an overwhelming amount of moisturization but it gives just enough to keep the lips from feeling dry. I'd love to try layering this over a moisturizing lipstick. I'd probably buy this again

I was gifted the Pomelo flavor/scent for my honest review. I found the scent to be a very light citrus scent that made me feel fresh and clean. The actual lip product itself is on the thicker side, and so is a tad bit sticky, which isn't my preference, but I know can be some people's preference. It truly stayed on my lips for several hours, and I can see it being a wonderful overnight mask for that reason. Overall, for the price, I think it's an incredible lip product that definitely left my lips feeling hydrated with a lovely, thick, glossy sheen. I'm sure the tinted shades are even better.

These are sticky. I prefer their other lip balms and the glow revival.

I was so excited for this product and used it on and off for a couple of months (it's humid where I live right now so not much need for lip treatment). I got the Clear Pomelo flavor since I wanted something colorless. Thought the smell was alright, not a huge fan of citrus; I mostly just liked the way it looked and felt on my lips. It goes on with a sheen that isn't quite as shiny as lip gloss and has a consistency that isn't as slippery, sits on your lips more like a liquid balm. Fully absorbs within a few hours. About a week ago, I went to apply it and got hit with a STRONG sour/plastic-y smell when I removed the cap. My sense of smell is temperamental so I thought maybe I just hadn't noticed how strong the fragrance and packaging scents were before. I tested squeezing out a little of the product onto my finger and smelling that, and it did not smell as bad. Wiping down the applicator tip also seemed to help a bit. However, after I used the lip treatment this time, I started getting red, irritated, and flaking skin around my lips. When I stopped using the lip treatment, it mostly subsided, with just a couple of small sores popping up at the edges of my lips in the days afterwards. I opened this tube a little over two months ago. It's supposed to be good for twelve months. I have been storing it in a bathroom cabinet where it'd be exposed to heat and humidity, but there's nothing on the package that says that would be a problem. I don't know if it somehow went bad way early or if maybe my nose was playing tricks on me and my lips just became sensitized to the lemon peel oil in this particular flavor. To my knowledge I've never used another lip product that contained citron limon peel oil; I didn't even know it could cause lip irritation until I did some ingredient research a few days ago. I'd be curious to see if one of the non-citrus flavors would work better for me, but the fact that I can't tell if this one spoiled two months in does not encourage me to buy another tube. I guess my advice to anyone reading this is try the Sheer Guava or Sheer Blue Hibiscus flavor if you have sensitive skin/lips and pay close attention to how it smells when you first open it. Write down the date when you first open it as well; maybe keep the box and write it on that.

Thank you for sending me this e.l.f. lip treatment in exchange for my honest review. The lip product feels very hydrating and leaves a nice subtle pink color to the lips. When I first heard "plump", I thought this was going to have that tingling sensation, but it doesn't at all. The plumpness I believe comes from the fact that it can be heavily packed on. Although, I like the look of it best when you don't put too much on, as it can get really sticky and oily feeling if you overdo it. It does stay on for a long time though, which is nice, but it can be a bit hard to wash off. It is a decent product, but because of how sticky and heavy it feels when you use a bit too much, I probably would give it a 3 stars.

I use this every day and it leaves my lips looking plump, smooth, and hydrated. I love using it as an overnight lip mask for extra hydration or pairing it with a lip liner during the day.
