I can monitor my remote buildings and with the smart sensors I can use a sensor in the bedroom to keep the temp set for that location rather than the living room where the thermostat is (hint, dogs and spouses generate a fair amount of heat, and if the doors and windows are closed it can get pretty warm in the closed room).

ecobee.com/The problem occurs overnight in Winter. The thermostat is set manually for an overnight (11:30 to 8:30) temperature of 18C. The temperature recordedon the thermostat never gets down to 18C and the furnace pumps out heat until I am forced to turn it off. My Installer is the local Enercare company.
