I have been consuming Ensure products for many years. The flavours are delicious with one exception - chocolate (flavour too strong for my liking). There used to be a flavour (orange cream) which was delicious (yum-yum). The only dislike I have (not the product contents) is the price - sometimes the price is over ($20.00) twenty dollars - price too, too high, in my opinion. I am a senior of 85 years living on a pension.

I drank Ensure dark chocolate protein shake a few days ago and became immediately sick. I had drank it before with some effect but this took the cake. I was at work and after drinking this ensure product, my face/chest became red, my abdomen growled loudly, then terrible gassy diarrhea and nausea. I thought I'd have to call 911. I felt like I was going to throw up all over my car, but thankfully didn't. I left work and sat on my porch for awhile. I felt better with each passing hour. I believe I had expelled the product immediately after drinking it - due to the extreme diarrhea. I am very traumatized by this and will never drink it again!

i have tried almost every flavor, they all taste good in my opinion, not chemically at all, and this supplement isn't to thick witch i like. its an easy way to get calories , vitimans, and minerals in your body.
