I received my packet but 2 of the brow has broken crayon in the nib cap. Basically I lost 2 eye brows pencil. I send a report and a ticket is created. Someone Supposed to call me but never get any call and I don't have any contact number to call you

Great waterproof brow product. I have thing brows and this product is the best at filling in and staying put even in summer.

Great product. It's waxy but creamy too so it won't last forever, I don't know if it's truly waterproof, but it can be applied very easily and blends so well with the spoolie included. It doesn't smudge unless you rub your skin lol. This is just as good as any high end brow pencil. I've only used the 'dark brown' which is much more of a medium cool toned brown - natural looking which I love. I will never spend $20 on a brow pencil again.

Clean ingredients, the taupe is the perfect colour, the application is smooth, the cost is reasonable plus it lasts all day! What's not to love

I've been using this everyday for 8 months now and I still have so much product left! This pencil is creamy, easy to blend, and lasts all day! The spoolie is soft as well!

I have been using the Taupe Brow pencils and love them. Now I can't find this colour. Are the Taupe brow pencils still made?
