Mistakenly ordered this creme version of Perfectly Clean vs the Purifying Mask one. I thought I would give it a try since I also use creme cleansers in my routine. It was so thick and once wiped and rinsed off left my skin with a unpleasant sticky residue. I decided to return the product but the postage to return to the Return Dept 35 min from my home was $15, almost half the cost of the product. I should have just tossed it out. My mistake to have not looked closer at the product description on line, however, Estee Lauder Marketing has to make the Creme version more apparent on the tube. I am not the only customer who has made the same order error.

this cleanser is good for when my skin is dry and flakey and needs hydration even during cleansing. works so well.

Excellent product it leaves your skin shiny , moist and smells good . Definitely I will use it again.

The first time I got this product as part of a gift set, I thought "meh", then I got it again, and I thought, hmm, I'm starting to like this. Now, it's one of my favourite products. I can settle into my bed at night, pin back my hair and massage this over my entire face to remove my makeup, including eye makeup! And I use it as a moisture mask once a week while I read in bed. Only downside: If I have a lot of makeup on, I may have to wash twice and tissue off.

Love this cream cleanser, light feel and smell, feels just right. Skin feels amazing after and does not feel tight at all. Try it!

love this cleanser. You can remove impurities and also use as a mask. I use it regularly for both. It diminishes pores and I never breakout. Leaves skin moisturized without feeling greasy.

This has been a favourite cleanser for years, nothing else seems to compare. I don't wear a lot of makeup, typically just a sunscreen/lightweight foundation, and it leaves my skin soft and clean. I also love the fresh smell!

This face cleanser is so gentle and non-irritating...love it! Like most women, I have tried countless face cleansers and for the most part they seem a bit to harsh for daily use but EL Perfectly Clean has been a pleasure to use. I will be sticking with this product for many years.
