esteelauder.comI have been using this for well over 10 years! It does work! Other reviews say it doesn't work with waterproof products but I don't use waterproof makeup so I can't comment on that. For non waterproof eye makeup applications, it works perfectly! There is ZERO oil or residue, which I prefer since I use it to remove eye makeup mistakes and then reapply. With oily removers, you can't effectively do that without your reapplied eye makeup having a smeared looking affect afterwards. If you want a quick remover or mistake touch-up this WILL do the job cleanly and effectively.

I did the trick when removing my waterproof eye makeup and I had really low expectations, especially considering past reviews for this product. What worked for me is that I applied it to a cotton round and smeared it across each eye and let it sit for about 30 seconds, gently massage, and then it seemed to melt away quite nicely. I followed up with a cleansing balm.
