I liked the automatic lip liner duo. It had the refills and didn't need sharpening.

I love the lip liner in Blush. It comes up a little coral though, however it matches much. So I needed another color and ordered pink. There are not many pinks!!! This one is very bright! I wear lipstick every day. This pushes the limits for me. I almost returned it because it is so bright. I can wear if I tone it down with a gloss over it, or more neutral lipstick. I wish Estee would get a nicer less bright pink.

Not bad, but not terrific. I have yet to find a lip pencil that does not fade rather quickly. I've used this pencil before in PINK, because the color looks great on me. Sharpening this pencil, though, is the biggest pain, and I get so much waste by the time I can finally get it semi sharp. In light of this, I really think I can find this similar color in a much cheaper lip pencil since I lose over half of it while sharpening.

I just put on my lip balm to moisten my lips and then shape my lips with the lip liner with the color blush 15 and don't need to use lipstick. It looks so natural and beautiful!!

I have just purchased my second one and will continue to buy. Goes on without tugging and stays on. I still own an old Estee Lauder sharpener and have no problem sharpening. I was a bit concerned about price but, for the quality feel it is worth the cost.

Used SPICE lip liner refills in the duo set for years! The new lip liner pencils are a bad joke...one was dried out in a few weeks...the other one caused nothing but despair trying to sharpen it. Bring back the tried and trusted refills. Estee Lauder has always been a reliable and proven competitor in the beauty product marketplace, but this latest blooper is really making one question the newbies in charge of marketing and production. It sounds as tho I am not the only one who fears being pushed into other markets after many decades of being a faithful estee lauder cheerleader for your products I have also have never used anything other than Youth Dew! I hope that is not next on the chopping block.....please listen to your loyal, longtime customers....we are the ones who can afford to buy this makeup and money talks. We need to know we are not being scammed with junk products. Definitely would not recommend these pencils to anyone.

I tried on a Coral shade of the Estee Lauder Double Wear Lip Liner in Belk and loved it. Went back to buy it & they were out. Ulta was out. But found it direct from Estee Lauder online. It's awesome if you aren't looking for brown lip liners ;) stays on...has a brush at the end that allows you to smooth it out. Incredible product! Best lip liner I have tried. Treated myself for my birthday. Estee Lauder for the win!

The formula in this lip liner must have changed. It is virtually impossible to sharpen. I won't be purchasing again. Please don't keep changing good products into bad ones.

I used to love the older lip liner with easy-to-use refills. (and the same with eyebrow pencil.) These newer versions are not the same - difficult to sharpen and frustrating to use. Won't purchase again. Just when we are loyal to a product because we love it, it disappears!

I am very disappointed. It barely lasted 2 hrs let alone 24hrs. My routine lipliner that is less than half the price beats this hands down. It is more than I would spend on lipliner so I had high hopes.
