Major Allergic Reaction from Estee Lauder.
I never had an allergic reaction from an eye cream before. It took me a while to figure this out as this cream is so expensive - I am presuming it would have tested over and over and over again. I absolutely agree with what the lady before me said - puffy, swallen, sore - way worse than BEFORE the cream. Her photo is basically identical to my reaction. I googled this cream and there are tons of reviews like that. As nice as this cream feels when you put it on initialy - I am afraid this is not the winner. Contacted customer service and waiting for their response.
My only night eye cream
I love this eye cream. Very moisturizing and my eyes don't feel dry in the morning. This is the only cream I use for several years now, no regrets, will re-purchase for sure.
Causes Eye Bags
I never had eye bags until I used this product. I stopped 5 months ago, still have them and have no recourse. That is my reason for one star.
Major reaction - burns and swelling
I never write reviews, but I received this eye serum as a free gift and was using the sample size when I travelled. On 2 separate occasions I experienced a burning sensation, swelling and then blistering/peeling under my eyes. I don't use this regularly and didn't realize that it was the eye cream until now! I used it at home this past Friday for one night and had to take two days off work because I look ridiculous. The picture shows the deep wrinkles the swelling/burning has left after 3 days of icing, taking antihistamines and using barrier cream - I don't normally have under eye wrinkles! There is something in this I am either allergic too or that shouldn't be in an eye cream. I've never had problems with Estée Lauder products before and don't have sensitive skin. Beware!
