Wrong item for my skin Had to pay for return so I threw it away

Good product.. got it by redeeming my points.. I have a dry skin so I don't need to use it every night .. I use it occasionally when I feel my skin need a bit of an extra cleaning or prep for my night serum… it has been lasting a very long time for me and smell so good!

I really like this product; it's moisturizing enough without being sticky. The newer version is also much fresher, and I will continue to repurchase it.

Irritates my skin in comparison to other Asia sourced rice water toners in the market. The blue estee micro essence bottle is better for dry sensitive skin than this pink bottle, but still overpriced. I will not purchase micro essence again due the price point. I do like that it is non-fragrant and I wish all estee skincare products were also non-fragrant. I have found that other rice water toners heal and hydrate better than this brand.

I purchased a 400ml bottle of Treatment Lotion Toner Fresh with Sakura Ferment at the original price in November. Disappointingly, it has a shelf life of only until March 2025, giving me less than half a year to use it, which is practically impossible with such a large volume. This is especially unreasonable considering I did not buy this product at an outlet. Moreover, the customer service was unhelpful and refused to exchange the product, displaying poor service attitude. If you are looking for a light moisturizer that will soak immediately into the skin, this is it, as I was surprised by how rich and luxurious the product felt the very first time I used it. However, while we liked the thick consistency, this may not be the product for those who prefer a such moisturizer. I also couldn't believe how soft our skin felt after using the serum, which I applied alone or before other moisturizer each morning for four weeks. This was our overall my favorite product!

Micro Essence Treatment Lotion Fresh Duo With Sakura Ferment is very moisturizing and has a fragrant taste. After use, the face feels comfortable and won't dry out.

My skin is generally sensitive and lack of water. I think it's good for me.
