This scent sure does pack a punch it is strong in terms of intensity that lasts hours. It had a warm, rich floral sweetness in the scent. It was not really something that I would wear as someone in their 20's but I think this would be such a cute set for someone older like a mom, aunt, or grandma. This gift set was definitely one of the better ones I've seen. It was nice to have a good size body lotion and perfume inside. Youth Dew has been an iconic scent for many, many years. I'm in my mid-50s and as soon as I sprayed it I thought of my grandma (in a good way). This was her scent. The scent is very woodsy and a little goes a long way, especially when paired with the body lotion. I used a spray on my wrists and one on my neck. The perfume bottle was easy to open, hold and spray. The body lotion is wonderful. It absorbed quickly and did not feel sticky/greasy. I felt like my skin was hydrated after using it and the scent was not overpowering. To me this is definitely a more mature scent. The Estée Lauder Youth-Dew Indulgent Duo Fragrance Gift Set has impressive longevity, the scent really does last all day but unfortunately, it leans very mature and heavy. I found it too strong and old-fashioned for my personal taste, which makes it hard to wear casually. While the packaging is lovely and feels luxurious, the fragrance itself just isn't versatile or fresh enough for everyday use. A beautiful gift, but not one I'd reach for myself.
