Once you've cleaned and dried them add your perfect consistently three dots on top too much residue seeps over, and a thin line on bottom for that perfect fit and no extra residue. I don't taste or feel no sensation just a perfect snug fit for an all day hold. I can easily bite steak and apples. When you're done at night before the residue easily cleans off .

She can use it but it doesn't last all day like it use to with keeping the dentures in place even as she eats. I don't know if the formula changed and made it different but something seems to be off about the Fixodent now days that use to not be that way.
