How to use
Directions: Apply all over the body or affected areas as required on a daily basis. Warnings: For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Keep out of reach of children. Always replace cap after use. Do not use on inflamed skin and open wounds. Discontinue use if local irritation or rash occurs during use. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen or last for more than 7 days

This product actually works , especially in the winter month
