I use it once every 2 months. At this schedule, I don't get dried out ends. When I re-colour, I do roots first & let sit for 20 mins and then add the rest to the ends for 10. This seems to work for me.

I always bought the bell colour medium ash blonde which I can no longer find anywhere. I now buy the dark ash number 71 and the ash blonde number 81 and mix the two colors. The outcome is really pleasant and I get lots of compliments . I find your colour numbers example 71 show in an orange yellow box which is really difficult to read the white number in. I think it would work better with a brownish colour as hard to read on the shelf.

I used this hair dye before, it was better. But now, it is a waste of money. It did not colour my hair, only made it dry and tangled. Enclosed "restoring cream conditioner" was not enough for my shoulder length hair. Even the rubber gloves were too small, impossible to put on, And I have small hands. It looks like shrinkflation went too far, it made this hair dye useless.

I am using this product for awhile now (maybe 4 years if not more) and never disappoints! Doing hair colour at home you have to know which colour to use if you want your greys covered. All these people complaining have no idea how to use a hair dye. Personally I repeat application only every 4 weeks sometimes every 6 weeks and my hair is pretty much gray all over.

Copper!!!!! I have light to medium natural brown hair with a few minor Grey's. Thought I would use this to refresh my color and it Gabe me TERRIBLE copper hot roots. Makes no sense at all because I wasn't going lighter. Smells awful. Looks awful. Have to go get another brand to hopefully fix this mess now. Do not recommend.
