I've been using the raspberry on my brown/bleached, dry hair for a more permanent red. I switched from a super vibrant red dye that was really expensive & killing my hair. I find this to be far superior. I will definitely be repurchasing! The gloves are cheap but every hair dye gives medicore gloves, spend a few bucks more on some good gloves. I need like 3 boxes for my super long, thick hair. Only used two last round - lesson learned. This is cheap boxed dye. Reviewers shouldn't expect salon results.

After following the application instructions accurately, color number 60, Light Neutral Brown, the result was a much too dark brown color, with red undertones which I definitely did not want. After nearly two weeks and several shampoos, the color has reduced to a reddish tone, not at all what I was looking for. I am not pleased, will not buy this product again. The only positive comment is that there are no harsh odors when applying the solution.

This seems a really nice product and not too harsh on the hair. It dyes and blends well, and completely dyes the grey and white. I find it dyes a lot darker than dark blonde though. Initially it comes out as a mid to dark brown on the white/grey hair, but it does fade as the weeks go on. Love that it's cruelty free!

I'm beyond disappointed. My hair is medium brown, and this hair dye definitely isn't suitable for dark hair. It's also notable that the tone does not look anything like the red shown in the picture, but rather an orange-red. I am currently crying over the colour my hair has been left after using this product.

Hard on the end where the top is, can't get cream out. Had to cut other end, put in the bottle and it was so thick that it would get stuck in bottle nozzle. Applied pressure, squirted all over the place. Something is wrong , this is the second time this has happened. Thought first time was a fluke.

Had to cut bottom on developing creme, very thick and clumps. Mixed everything including oil. Shook well over and over, would not come out of the bottle, cut the top to make it bigger. Some came out only to get stuck with climbs. Never had this problem before Code is 7010344716

This was my go to for years in the cream. The ultra cream is gross my hair looks all different colours horrible. Hate it

My hair is choppy, ugly, jacked up, messy, looks orange, and I'm literally built like a calico cat because it put MULTIPLE colours into my hair and also only dyed the top half. I advise you to never EVER buy this hair dye unless you want to look like a crack addict.

To say I'm not impressed is an understatement!!!!I have been using this product for years and I love it, but today when I put it on my hair and my whole head was green!! Not happy!!! Luckily when I washed it out it was okay. Might have to change brands now!!!😡
