Love how it turned out hopefully it dosent fade fast time will tell only downside it's out of stock everywhere often I guess it's just that good

After following the application instructions accurately, color number 60, Light Neutral Brown, the result was a much too dark brown color, with red undertones which I definitely did not want. After nearly two weeks and several shampoos, the color has reduced to a reddish tone, not at all what I was looking for. I am not pleased, will not buy this product again. The only positive comment is that there are no harsh odors when applying the solution.

I'm beyond disappointed. My hair is medium brown, and this hair dye definitely isn't suitable for dark hair. It's also notable that the tone does not look anything like the red shown in the picture, but rather an orange-red. I am currently crying over the colour my hair has been left after using this product.

I used the hair dye on my brown hair. I left it a little bit longer then it said but not by much and my hair was black with a slight hint of a green. Later I washed with shampoo and my hair turned dark dark green, not blue so I'm not very happy with the results.

for starters, i have extremely resilient hair- i've been box bleaching for my entire life and have never had any sort of breakage. i decided to try the pl3 since pl2 was out of stock, thinking the charcoal formula would be better for my hair and that if they're both garnier there must be some kind of consistency in their quality... lol. this is the first and only box bleach from ANY company i've had that caused significant breakage, even when there was extremely minimal overlap on the old growth *and* i used it for way less than the recommended time. my hair is soft and healthy, and there's no reason i should have lost hair using this product. absolutely do not waste your time with pl3 no matter what you do!!!!

This was my go to for years in the cream. The ultra cream is gross my hair looks all different colours horrible. Hate it

My hair is choppy, ugly, jacked up, messy, looks orange, and I'm literally built like a calico cat because it put MULTIPLE colours into my hair and also only dyed the top half. I advise you to never EVER buy this hair dye unless you want to look like a crack addict.

This is more of a light brown than a dark blonde,the color is nice but I wanted something a shade or two lighter

It's so easy to follow the directions. The colour came out perfect. Highly recommend ❤️! My natural hair colour is dark dark brown with neutral undertones. After use number 70, my hair is a lighter brown. One box is enough to cover my over the shoulder length hair.

My usual Garnier bleach was out of stock so I thought I would try this one. It is way too thick and difficult to spread through your hair. It also dries quickly while on your hair. This all caused the end result to be very patchy and uneven. Luckily I'm dyeing over this so hopefully it will be ok.
