First time I used this it cut my skin!! The Intimate 5 blade razor works much beter!

Exchangeable heads are nice, it shaves very smoothly and i like that the head turns on it which is very convenient. Comes with a magnetic holder which is nice as well. Overall a nice shaver

I just did my 5th sha e with my Gillette labs and it dragged and pulled so hard it hurt. I thought this was going to be the best razor I've ever had. It was horrible. I'll never use it again.

It does a good job but I don't like that the handle is much lighter than other previous premium models. I like a heftier handle, so I was a bit disappointed. Otherwise, good.

I like how I can hang this in the shower or wherever and attach it to a magnet hanger. The head flexes well as to being a fixed head and makes it track nice. The blade itself was a little tough to get on but other than that works as should with nice clean cut and no nicked skin.

I need to come here to tell you that I'm in shock!! Yes, in shock with the power of this Gillette!! People? This Gillette simply saved my skin, and I talk about interaction, cuts, etc.: after using this product my skin became smooth! No cuts! No irritations. I'm very happy.💘

Shave was nice itself but the body of it feels a little clunky to hold/work with. I do really like the razor itself though and will continue to buy Gillette for that alone.

This is my Third Heated Razor work for a year than starts flashing. A known battery issue. I appreciated getting a discount by customer service on another new one but the warranty is terrible. ongoing the same issue all three razor. Gonna move on and not ordering a 4th one to last a year and then quit and I'm out of luck
