Very disappointed with the quality and battery life I have purchased two Gillette trimmers, and both of them stopped working properly after a relatively short period of use. The main issue is that the battery no longer holds a charge, making the trimmer practically useless. What's even more disappointing is that I have other trimmers from different brands (cheaper) that are several years old and still work perfectly and hold a charge. I expected much better quality and durability from a brand like Gillette. After having the same issue with two different trimmers, I believe the battery quality and overall durability need significant improvement. I would not recommend this product if you're looking for a trimmer that will last for years.

Bought this less than a year ago and never used it under the water. When I finally did it broke. It is not waterproof at all. I loved it till now

I brought this yesterday, it's does great for shaving hair in private area.

Love this product and I'm going on my 3rd year with it. The problem I do have is that I dropped it in the shower and busted the head/shaver part. I can't seem to find a replacement without having to buy a new trimmer......Thoughts??

It worked great for awhile and I really loves it. But the lifelong sharp blade is a lie. It no longer trims the hair like it used to. It's takes me 3-4x as long to get everything trimmed the way I like it. I can't find anywhere on the website to order replacement blades. I like how it is easy to hold and how it used to tidy up my nether regions without a single drop of blood. But after awhile it doesn't get the job done.

Unless you already have growth down there this trimmer is useless. I am already trimmed and even with a couple days growth this trimmer cannot grasp the stubble. Stick with the ear trimmer for the ball sack and a razor for the shaft and belly.

Gillette, you have hit it out of the park with the men's razor, but my question is. Why is the men's razor so much better than the women's? I tried the women's, did not like it, but OMG come on!! Why don't women deserve a pivoting handle? It's so much better!!! Please, please give us the same comfort!! I don't mind using the men's but some women might. Otherwise, great razor!!!

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and i can shave without cutting my lips and other parts

I used this the first day. I was unsure at first but now I see the results. Great introduction to skin intimate trimmers.
