I only wear goodnites and they are so comfy, they snug my bulge perfectly and they absorb a good amount, I wear the XXL. They are the best, I love making my goodnites full.

I have Asperger's syndrome and I still have accidents often at night these work great but they do leak a little bit sometimes I also use assurance nighttime underwear I prefer the assurance because of how heavy of a wetter I am at night they hold up better but I'd still recommend these

I can't begin to explain how much the new XL size has changed my life. As embarrassing enough it is to have bladder problems, goodnites make it worth it. While I may be 31 years old still needing protection, goodnites has made it manageable. I no longer have to worry about accidents and that makes it all worth it
