After trying multiple products, probiotics, soaps, etc. I used boric acid and read that boric acid kills all the bacteria (even the good) and you need something like this to introduce good bacteria after boric acid. After one day I finally had results. I used it a total of 3 days and I've been back to normal again with no problems.

It still stings a bit but never as much as the first weird but tolerable time. Give it a shot - the ingredients are super basic. Give you good microflora what it needs to thrive and it will help you fee so much more confident about your vajayjay. (Post menopausal woman on HRT)

I rely on this product from time to time to check my symptoms of BV in check. For me it has worked better than prescription supps and probiotic supps as well. Like some, I sometimes feel mild burning with this product but only for a few minutes. I use it 2-3 nights in a row about once a month or less. Not a glamorous product, but a very helpful one!

Great stuff, it flushed out any bacteria hanging around, I use it on my when I need it, which is niot often. I didn't experience any side effects

I have pH issues. My lady bits are soooooo sensitive to any sort of change or moisture or products or sex. This stuff is the only thing that works to keep my pH balanced so that I'm not susceptible to yeast infections. I can't live without it

I find this works well enough to keep symptoms of BV at bay, does not cure it as you will have to use it monthly for upkeep but is one of the better BV preventative products I have used. I dont think it is for everyone I've heard some had burning sensations with this product but I have not, the applicator is easy to use and clean, it does leak out a little but use a pantry liner and you should be ok, I found Other products leak far worse due to the application process and not being able to insert as high. I will be using again.

I gave this a try after having some issues with with my PH. my doctor recommended it, although he had never recommended it to a patient before. It burned and hurt so much that I couldn't go through with using it a third night. The product says that it shouldn't leak because it's "fast absorbing", but I found that to not be true at all. It leaked and hurt while it did so. I found that I felt much worse and sore than before I used Gynelac. So I would not recommend, not only a waste of money but left me in pain too.
