Didn't get hot enough. The straps are cumbersome to use. I returned the item.

After doing some research we decided to purchase this product. It all exceeded my expectation. As a RN, I'm always on my feet for long hours on my shift. It's nice to have a soothing foot and calf massage when I get home from work. Thanks Homedics!

Surprisingly, I didn't have to search the internet too long before coming across this wrap. It does everything I want & need. I love that it's cordless so I can put it on my back in my wheelchair & go. Whoever invented it is a Mastermind!

Having 4 neck surgeries I deal with radiating pain throughout my neck, shoulder and arm on a daily basis. This product helps me get through my work day easier. It's not a cure all BUT the relief I get is enough keep my pain level from exceeding a 10. The massage is strong and so is the heat. The best part is that it's cordless!! I use it for a few hours each day and typically charge it once a week. Please don't hesitate to buy it. Some relief is better none and keeping the brain fog, that comes with chronic pain, at bay.

It works too well. I often spend too many hours using my massager, both awake and asleep. A remote control would certainly make it easier to use, as well as, making the experience more relaxing. How would I have known?

it doesn't work. i charged it for 24 hrs and didn't work. so frustrated. was looking forward to using it

I bought this for my wife for Christmas 2020. We used it quite a bit at first and then went away for a few months for military training. We got home last week and although it still works (sort of) it now only has one massage mode and turns on whenever it is plugged in. The only way for us to turn it off is to pull out the cord. So it still works and is a good product, but we thought it would last a lot longer than it has.

I gave this as a gift for Father's Day. He likes it. He said it's a bit bulky and doesn't get one spot on his feet that he really needed it to, but overall it's good.

So I've been wanting a massager for a long time now and was trying to decide between this one and another one and couldn't make up my mind. Anyhow, I choose this one and not mad about it. Works really well and is very sturdy the downside is that the heat I could do without because it actually kinda burns. But other than that very happy with this product.
