1st time using and the heating element doesn't wok!

We bought this a couple of years ago right before we moved and never got around to using it until tonight. Started out working just fine, but the water cooled down rather rapidly and at the end, it felt like it was no warmer than room temperature. Then the massage feature started to oscillate from full speed to low speed, to off, and then back to vibrating again. No rhyme or rhythm to it. We've had other Homedic products and never had this kind of a problem. Not sure what to say or do, but only giving it 1 star for those reasons.

Received this product as a xmas gift. Just opened it, added water and salt and it started to leak out the bottom though the vents! No visible cracks, nothing. Just a wet carpet…

After a really long day on my feet, working, putting them in here felt like an instant, intense release. I can't remember feeling better in recent times.

So this is the second unit that I've had the misfortune of buying, only problem now is that I've misplaced the receipt for this one. This is the SECOND unit that literally doesn't even start.. not happy

Quit working after only one use. Waste of money. want refund

I'm using this right now I don't have the one that came with all the pedicure features but it does heat well and stays heated I'm in love

I'm really enjoying my spa pedicure tub. I enjoy using the Removable spa pedicure features. They are easy to use and really work, especially the pumice stone! The only issue I've encountered is the water not staying hot enough for as long as I would like. After about a 1/2 hour it is luke warm no matter how hot I make the water when I start but all in all still a great product to enjoy with your favorite foot soaking ingredients!

I bought this product as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it...especially the jets.

Its been on 15 minutes. Bubbling and NO heat. Waste of money
