I had some congestion from a residual cold and this cleared it up. Seems to help clean out the sinuses if you have an slight infection. Works as well as Xlear w xylitol and grapefruit seed extract which I could only find in the USA. Great to have on hand for the cold season.

I was having problems sleeping because my nose would get congested and wake me up. Started this nasal spray a few days ago and I haven't woken up with a congested nose.

Works great but poor dispenser
The title pretty much says it all. Even after rinsing with hot water after use, the spray dispenser malfunctions. Too bad because the contents keep my nasal passages clear through the night. Come on Bayer, fix this!!! Otherwise, it's too expensive to use just a fraction of the product.

Please keep the Eucalyptus version on the shelves. Yes it stings a little but works well.
