How to use
Directions for use: For each use, press on the applicator for 1-2 seconds to apply hydraSense Ultra-Gentle Mist. Use at least twice a day (morning and evening), or 4 to 6 times a day when cold or allergy symptoms are present.

The fine mist works well, keeps the nose moisturized, and is much easier than regular saline drops.
