Great product
I bought this mid quarantine cause well...we all bored out of our minds. It worked great, the product reccomends using a 10 or 20 volume developer but since my hair's close to a 1-2 (black asian hair) I used a 40 volume to get the maximum lifts possible. My hair goes down to just above my breast and...

Don't use 10 vol developer if you want it to actually work
The package recommends using 10 volume developer. I did and it didn't really work. I used Clairol Natural Essence, in Medium Auburn on blonde hair, it came out a medium red/orange, way too brassy but it wasn't horrible. Get more than you think you need
My hair is fine, dark blonde, and 22" long. I used two packets with a full bottle of the same brand 10v developer (my hair lifts VERY easily), this made one bowl of bleach and it was not nearly enough to cover my hair. It was also very thick and made it difficult to saturate my hair. This was on me since I had some doubts it would be enough, and still went ahead and did it. Thankfully it lifted only 1-2 levels so it was easy to go in with a second round. I used THREE bowls the second time so this should be a testament to ALWAYS get more than you think you need! I think 5-6 packets and 4 bottles of developer would have been more appropriate for full coverage. This did lose a star for me because it says dust free and there was quite a lot of dust.
Don't use 10 vol developer if you want it to actually work
The package recommends using 10 volume developer. I did and it didn't really work. I used Clairol Natural Essence, in Medium Auburn on blonde hair, it came out a medium red/orange, way too brassy but it wasn't horrible. When my roots started growing out, I tried to lighten it with the baking soda/hydrogen peroxide/dandruff shampoo solution. It lightened it by about a level. Then I tried just 10 volume developer and dandruff shampoo, did the same, and lightened it a bit. Then I bought this bleaching powder and used it with the 10 volume developer as directed on the package, followed the directions and left it on the recommended time, 35 minutes, although it probably ended up being a bit longer. It lightened it maybe about 2 levels where on the package it says it can lift 6 or 7 levels. It could be that it just doesn't work on red, which I understand can be challenging. All the other reviewers used at least 20 volume, so don't use 10 volume and expect it to work. Also, it is a lot of powder, you need more than the 70nl it recommends on the package. The colouring I used, is a semi permanent colour so this product should have worked. That it didn't is probably due to needing at least a 20 volume developer.
Beautiful blond every time
I had to switch to a more professional system as my skin started reacting to the box bleach kits. I found this and never looked back. I have used this bleach with a few different volumes now and it gets me to the right color every time. It's hard not to overlap which is my problem but I'm obsessed.

Will buy again!
I mixed this with the same brand's 30 volume. My hair was a medium darkish brown, and I wanted a blonde that wasn't super light. I ended up getting what I wanted. I didn't use toner, and my color seems natural and not really too red or orange. This was my first experience with my hair being bleached so maybe it's just my hair but in any case the bleach did give me what I wanted so I would definitely buy it again. As other reviews mention, I did find it to be grainy. Mixing more developer didn't seem like it would have made it less grainy, plus even if it did work, you don't want to end up with a runny mess to drip off your head. It wasn't very grainy though, it really didn't bother me at all and I didn't notice any issue with it. I didn't mix up very much, but I imagine other brands might be dusty even with a little bit of powder. This one I just carefully spooned it into the bowl and had no problem with dust.
Poor consistency
. It didn't matter the amount of developer I mixed it with it was very sand like and there for hard to apply to my hair properly.
Best bleach powder
This stuff is the strongest bleach powder...ever. watch your hair carefully when processing- I've used it with with 30 vol and 20 vol on different occasions. I've gone from level 1-2 all the way to 10 (do not recommend doing this in one sitting btw, the baby hairs that went all the way to 10 snapped off eventually. The stuff that went to 8/9 was dry, but still fine.
Best bleach powder I have used
- I had tried several different lightning products and this is by far the most effective - It is very easy to use, doesn't smell horrible and overall always gives me my desirable look wether i'm using a 20 or 30 volume developer - I recently died my hair from a fairly dark brown to a light blonde in two uses and i'm very happy with it - to anyone thinking of lightning there hair- use this brand! I promise as someone who has tried it all, this stuff is the best it gets
I love the hair bleah
This is one of the better lightners that I have used and I have used lots of different brands there is very little dust it is creamy and stay wet for 30 minutes if you cover your hair with plastic or foil. It lifts my hair about 5 levels my hair is level 2 but it is a hard to lift level 2 there is a lot of red in my hair color. I do it twice and it is blonde if I want it super white I will do it one more time.

Going Ice Blonde From Dark Brown Looks Awesome
Since I can't get to my hair guru, I've had to take my hair into my own hands..yikes. I picked up IceCream Products. Powder & 30/40Vol Developer. I purchased the tint brushes, got non metallic clips 2 separate my hair since it's really short, mixed it in a non metallic bowl. Start on unwashed hair. Put the 35g powder in the bowl with 100% Developer (30/40) & mix really well, if you do it's not grainy. I let it sit for a min stirred & stir it up again. Full head DON'T start at root as this develops quicker. Section hair into 4 & start at back of your head. Move to sides & up front. Go back & hit the roots now. Leave on for 40 min & check often to see you're reaching your desired lighting. Shouldn't be yellow which means you will have to repeat to get the desired lift. My hair is med dark brown & lifts to a 9/10 & I'm thrilled with the results. I use blue shampoo which gets the yellow out if any? Normally don't have. I also use IceCream condition Mask. If I find my hair is not the Ice I'm looking for, I will normally wait & use IceCream Neutral Color with developer to get the ice look. I use all IceCream products now to take care of my hair & don't look back. Darker hair is harder to lift but using IceCream really works. PLEASE use the right Developer 20%Vol won't cut it to lift dark hair! Don't just put it on for 20min & wash it off, it'll be orange because it hasn't processed long enough. When using 40Vol Developer try not to use it on scalp, it develops faster. Do strand stretch test, to watch for any breakage & DONT brush wet! CONDITION. I'm Ice Blonde Baby at 55🤘😉 I have a Mohawk with shaved sides to bald. Now I'm growing side out more. I have incurable disease's & my hair fell out in the past from medical treatments, so many times, I cut off my butt longhair & I donated it to CHEO kids with Cancer so they could make wigs. Since then, I've never looked back with my short hair. Thanks IceCream for helping me keep my Platinum Blonde hair 💜 Cheers

My hair goes down to just above my breast and I know I didnt want to bleach all my hair but one packet wasn't enough. I'd reccomend buying way more than you think you need like 5 and returning what you don't use. One bottle of developer will give you enough for atleast 2 packets of bleach.
