I got this and two packets of bleach to do my fine 22" long dark blonde hair. Typically 10v will only provide 1 level of lift, but my hair seems to be very reactive to developer in general which is why I chose such a low number. I wanted to mention it since if you didn't know anything about bleaching, you might think by reading the bottle that 10v might take you platinum when it most certainly will not. So for lack of good information on the bottle I'm going to dock it a star. As for the bleaching, this was not nearly enough powder and developer for my hair, and the ratio of 2:1 made it very pasty and difficult to saturate the hair. I thus had to bleach my hair a second time to get the results I wanted. I would have been better off with 5-6 packets of bleach and 4 bottles of developer, as when I did a second round of lightening, I needed 3 bowls of bleach to fully cover my hair.
