Feel our no mess pain relief cream working on contact, plus it absorbs quickly into the skin for targeted relief of muscle and joint pain associated with arthritis, simple backache, strains, and sprains. A composition of maximum strength ingredients of 16% menthol and 11% camphor combine to provide an icy sensation to dull the pain followed by a warming sensation to relax. No-mess massaging applicator features 54 nodes for a smooth and easy application. Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and older apply to affected area, no more than 3 to 4 times daily. Remove protective cap and lift white applicator at arrows. Squeeze the tube gently while holding it upright to dispense a small amount of product. Press down to close applicator prior to application. How to use
Adults and Children 12 years and older: Apply thinly and evenly to affected area. Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin. Repeat as necessary, but no more than 3 to 4 times daily, allowing a minimum of 2-3 hours between applications. Close cap tightly after use. AFTER APPLYING, WASH HANDS WITH SOAP & WATER. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 davs.
Warnings
For external use only. Use only as directed. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use it skin is irritated or If irritation develops, Rashes and/or burning discomfort, and/or hypersensitivity such as allergy have been known to occur; in these cases, discontinue use. Skin burns (swelling, erythema, bullous lesions, pain) including severe skin burns and skin necrosis have sometimes been reported with products containing menthol. if you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away. Do not cover additional bandage or use with external heat such as an electric heating pad as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn, If condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, seek the advice of a doctor before using this product. KEEP THIS AND ALL MEDICINE OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. icyhot.com/Icy hot works the no mess tube is a disaster. First the product gets all on the side of the applicator and intern gets on your fingers…… fail. Absolute worse part is first use squeeze a small amount out and then nothing but a ton of air. What looks like a large tube of cream is actually a large tube of air with about 1/4 of actual cream. For what this costs it's a total rip off if I needed air I'd go fire up my compressor……. Very dissatisfied

First, it's impossible to open without getting icy hot on your fingers because the lid is so small and hard to grasp with finger tips. Second, when applying the icy hot it gets smeared all up the sides of the applicator where you have to grab the blue part to open the valve. Maybe it's my large hands or dexterity issues but I don't think so because my wife feels the same way. It's a poorly executed great idea.

icyhot.com/The product works very well, providing almost instant relief for tense and sore muscles. However, the applicator is completely ineffective. When the top portion of the cap is pulled upward, you are able to squeeze the product onto the applicator, but when you rub it on, the cap closes shut. To get more product onto the applicator, you have to again push up the cap and squeeze on more product. The applicator becomes very messy with the product and you end up with it all over your hands. The bottle is so short, there are areas of the back which cannot be reached. The end result is clumps of product that you can't possible spread onto your back and messy clothes, followed by vigorous hand washing to remove the product from your hands.

The massage nodules didn't really do much, and the product was a little messy and there'd be some excess product left on the cap.
