Icy Hot Medicated Patch XL - Targeted and effective pain relief therapy on a soft medicated patch that holds medicine on painful muscles for up to 8 hours. Temporarily relieves aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with one or more of the following: simple backaches, lumbago, strains & sprains (involving muscles, tendons, and/or ligaments), and arthritis. For adults and children 12 years of age and older. To be sure this product is right for you, always read and follow the label.

How to use
Adults and children 12 years of age or older: Remove clear plastic backing from patch. Apply patch to affected area as needed for up to 8 hours.
Warnings
For external use only. Use only as directed. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use if skin is irritated or if irritation develops. Skin burns (swelling, erythema, bullous lesions, pain) including severe skin burns and skin necrosis have sometimes been reported with products containing menthol. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away. Do not cover with additional bandage or use with a heating pad as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. If condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a doctor before using this product. Keep this and all medicine out of reach of children. In case of overdose and/or accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Do not use on children under 12 years of age. Do not use if skin is irritated or if irritation develops. Known Adverse Reactions: Rashes and/or burning discomfort and/or hypersensitivity such as allergy have been known to occur; in these cases, discontinue use.
Ingredients
Medicinal Ingredient: Menthol 5% w/w.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Aqua, glycerin, methyl acrylate, 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, nonoxynol-30, polyacrylic acid, starch, acrylic acid, talc, sodium chloride, sodium polyacrylate, isopropyl myristate, carmellose sodium, tartaric acid, polysorbate 80, titanium dioxyde, sorbitan sesquioleate, aluminium hydroxide.

I tried every home remedy to wash it off, and I still kept feeling a burning sensation. My doctor was called in order to save me from this allergic reaction. I am hoping I do not experience a chemical burn. Do not buy this. it is not worth your time.
