I bought this because it was described as being similar to the Drunk Elephant "La La Retro moisturizer." I'm really happy it as a good quality, affordable product. I was a bit worried at first because the cream was kind of yellow and reminded me more of a prescription cream than a typical cosmetic one, but it turned out to be really effective. My skin is usually oily and acne prone, but occasionally it gets dried out due to overuse of topical products. The 10 Balm cream has not broken me out, and it doesn't sting the way some moisturizers can when your skin is dry and sensitive (e.g., First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream). I appreciate it doesn't have any added fragrance or essential oils that can be irritating. I will keep repurchasing this product (*the tube isn't very big so one can go through it quickly).

This is my new favourite moisturizer! I was looking for a soothing and replenishing moisturizer since my skin is sort of going through it right now, and this is EXACTLY what my skin has been craving. It's thick and rich but still lightweight enough. I love the consistency. Only thing I wish is it came in a large size-- please!!!!!!!!!!

I wanted to love this balm, but my acne pone skin said otherwise. Texture wise this is lovely and creamy, although not as spreadable as some gels (but obviously it's not a gel). It absorbs fast, and my skin felt very soft after a short time. Being such a thick product I expected it make my oiliness worse, but I'm happy to report it did not. Unfortunately after a week of using it, I did notice more pimples. They did not get better with time either. It might have been a bad match with my toner (from a different company), but I decided to stop using the balm altogether. However, if I ever change my toner, I will reconsider this balm because I was a fan!

First time using this moisturizer and I just love it! Goes on beautifully, really nice texture. I have acne and aging skin and this cream did not cause breakouts. It is great for sensitive skin. I mix it with a little bit of serum to get extra bonus. I will buy this again

My skin has decided that it's over winter and has been throwing tantrums for the past month or so - this is the only moisturizer that healed my dry patches after one overnight use. I've also purchased Indeed Labs' Squalane and Q10 booster, but they are not doing nearly as good a job as this little balm. Recommend 100%.

I have struggled with red, bumpy, irritated and super sensitive skin for years, especially on my cheeks. Because of the sensitivity, I'm always veryyy cautious when trying new skin products. I have to say, I am beyond impressed with the Indeed Labs product line, especially 10 Balm. I smooth it onto the most irritated spots on my cheeks and around my nose, and the soothing relief is instant! My redness has been reducing (healing) since I started using it, I've had no breakouts or irritation. I'm actually about to purchase another tube of it and thought I better leave a review. I love this product.

I have always had trouble finding a face lotion that doesn't give my forehead an acne breakout, however this one is gentle enough to hydrate my skin without causing oiliness or breakouts. This lotion is super light and moisturizes my skin perfectly before I apply my makeup. It makes me feel comfortable and not at all greasy on a day to day basis!
