Have been using this product for over 6 years and absolutely love it. Helps clear up nasal congestion when sprayed into the air. My favourite is when sprayed into a high humidity sauna. Also have been using this on sore muscles, mostly my lower back. I probably use it more for my back than anything else. Just spray it on lightly after a shower.

The name of this product highly suggests it could be topical and yet it is not to be sprayed on furniture or near face as it is an eye irritant and if consumed a poison centre is to be called immediately. I'm confused how this product is to be used. I was using it around my face as the vapours were soothing to my cold, similar to the other product reviewers, using it on pillow cases and for asthma sufferers. Any clarification would be welcome. Confused. Thanks

I just picked this up from Shoppers. Good smell, leaves oil on the skin (so you know it has the essential oils in it), and works wonderfully. Very nice find.

I have used this reliable relief mist for many years. Often before I go to sleep I choose to spray it a few times on each end of my pillow and enjoy the vapours this way instead of spraying it into the air. The spray does not stain the pillowcase. The smell will nicely stay on the pillowcase for a few days although will be very subtle. Some of our family members have asthma and we find this product really helpful, especially if one of them has a cold.

Easy to use and effective. I love that it is natural. Lasts much longer than I expected.
