I purchased three Jackblack handcreams and qualified for a complimentary jack black lip balm as a gift with purchase. Unfortunately , the lip balm I received expired in 2021, meaning it was already years past its expiration date when it was sent to me. It is unacceptable for a retailer to send expired lip care products to customers, even if they are promotional gifts. A gift with purchase should still meet basic quality and safety standards and should never be an excuse to clear out expired inventory. Receiving an item that expired years ago is both disappointing and concerning.

I'm really disappointed with this lip balm. After using it for a short time, I started getting small bumps on my lips and irritation. I didn't change anything else in my routine, so it seems like this product caused it. It also didn't moisturize well and actually made my lips feel worse. I would not recommend this lip balm, especially if you have sensitive skin. Please be careful before trying it.

Best lip balm I've ever tried! Easy to apply, it feels thin and effective on the lips and lasts a long time. I love the black tea flavour (the only one I tried). I got all my friends hooked on it as well (men and women).

I was a little hesitant to purchase because of the mixed reviews but I purchased anyways. I find this balm goes on smoothly and not sticky like other glosses. The scent is very light (I purchased the shea butter) and moisturizes your lips for hours. I do wish this was slightly tinted but it is super easy to apply on top of other products. Will be purchasing more!!

J'adore ce baume à lèvres - et mon mari aussi. Il n'a pas de saveur bizarre comme certains autres baumes avec spf. Il hydrate réellement les lèvres et ne fait pas que les couvrir. J'adore qu'il offre une protection solaire à mes lèvres - qui sont une partie de ma peau que j'oubliais toujours de protéger auparavant. J'en suis à mon cinquième tube.

I love this product. I smooth it on at night before I go to bed and my lips are never dry. I have tried others but always come back to Jack Black.

I have been a faithful Burt's Bees user for many years and though I will not abandon Burt this lip balm is my current favourite. I was struggling with dryer lips given that it is winter and applying balm excessively. With this balm I only need to apply a few times a day for the same result.

This lip balm has saved my lips time and time again. Whenever my lips start to get dry and even crack because of the cold Canadian weather I just put on a thick layer of this lip balm before bed and wake up with smooth, soft lips. It also contains SPF 25, which is perfect because sun protection is important for your whole face.

This is a really great hydrating lip balm that has a nice "natural" type scent. However, I can't say it does a better job than other lip balms I have used that cost less. Also if you use too much it can feel slimy (so just a little is enough).
