This product contains 300 mg EPA AND 200 mg DHA. Health agencies recommend 250 mg to 500 mg of combined EPA/DHA per day for general wellness. Since 300 mg + 200 mg =500 mg total, one soft gel perfectly hits the minimum daily recommended target.

Why can we not see the back or sides of the container? What is the EPA+DHA content of this product? Why does Superstore hide that for almost all of the fish oil they sell? FYI less than 300mg of EPA+DHA per 1000mg capsule is low quality fish oil.
