Adults: Take 1 caplet daily with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

Elemental Calcium (Carbonate) 500 mg, Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 25 mcg/1,000 IU. Also Contains: Water-soluble cellulose, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate, modified cellulose gum, polysorbate 80, Brazilian palm tree wax. NO salt (NaCl), gluten, lactose, artificial flavours or preservatives.
