Yesterday I purchased the 9000mg Curcumin Turmeric, along with the Jamieson Joint Relief with Eggshell and Glucosamine sulfate 500mg. I've had a swollen knee and elbow for MONTHS, with enough pain and stiffness to make walking difficult. I've used hot and ice packs, knee braces, tried elevating... but I'm seated at a desk for 9 hours daily and I've begun to feel so much pain, stiffness and swelling that it was becoming unbearable. Today, after taking this ONE day, the swelling is gone, and I am not experiencing any pain. I didn't believe it was possible. But this works. I was told that Turmeric with Bioperine would increase absorption, so I will likely lower the dosage if I can find that combination next time.
