JBL run 2 wireless headphones won't charge, under 2 months old. I have tried new cord, new outlet, cleaning charging port etc. They now have no battery left at all. Very very disappointed. Looks like others have had the same problem.

Bought over a month ago and now they no longer charge or turn on. Even when I did have them they were constantly loose and close to falling out

I can't get these to stay in my ears for longer than 10 minutes, I've tried the different sizes, if I start running I am lucky to get 10 steps without them falling out. The box advertising states "never hurt and never fall out" to be honest they are not comfortable and they continually fall out. Ive read the instructions 100 times and fitted them correctly but they will not stay in.

These have to be the most annoying headphones I've owned. They only have about 3 hours of battery before they make the lowest alarm sound to let you know they are going flat. The sound quality is quite good so its incredibly disappointing that they need so much regular charging and the alarm sound is so loud - it has woken me up many times. I don't recommend these.

I've had mine for about 1.5 years now. The sound quality is not bad for the price. However, the 'low battery' alert plays at 30%, every minute or so, making it unusable for a third of the capacity. The worst part of it all is that the alert plays at the highest volume and mutes whatever you're listening to. If you can get behind the most that poorly designed aspect, then great earphones to have.

I never once got anywhere close to the advertised battery life. When they were new I got maybe five hours at best. The low battery warning sound comes on when the battery is at around 20%. This completely interrupts playback, but doesn't pause it, meaning that you miss 5 seconds+ of audio. Annoying when listening to music, unusable for narrative like a podcast or audio book. The fit is comfortable enough, but the ear buds get loose quickly, and can easily be lost. Audio quality is okay. I wasn't expecting exceptional quality for the price, and I got what I paid for

J'utilise cet article depuis 6 mois la qualité sonore est plutôt bonne MAIS ils ne tiennent pas correctement dans l'oreille malgré la suivi scrupuleux de la notice. Quand on court ils tombent même en les calant biens. Le système de pivot dans l'oreille n'est pas au point et l'ensemble du silicon bouge.

Les écouteurs ne tiennent pas, même quand on ne court pas... Niveau couleur ils sont plus gris que blanc.

I bought these earphones to accompany me on my running outings, because I was tired of the wire wandering around as well as the earphone coming out of the ear, I wanted something solid, which resists to drops of water and perspiration. the bet is held the earphones hold very well in the ear with the possibility of changing the diameter of the earphone. they don't interfere with running.I only had a technical problem with one of the two headphones working less than the other, so the impression that the sound came out better on one side. I therefore recommend this product with great satisfaction.

I tested this product in order to see what's possible at this price, and I'm currently surprised by the quality. For this range, I recommand those earphones for low budgets. Therefore, the sound is not as good as more expensive earphones for sure, and it does not stick in the ears for long when moving.
