I used this product 2-3 times a week, I used it alongside the conditioner and the pre shampoo treatment of the same line of products. In general I really liked the shampoo, it left my hair feeling clean without leaving it stripped. A small amount goes quite a long way which is great for my thick hair. It has a slightly stronger scent initially when used but does fade to a fairly mild scent quick enough. Overall, a fantastic shampoo for my damaged hair.

I really love John Frieda Blonde+ Repair Bond Building Shampoo because it is really great on my hair. I used Shampoo, Conditioner, and treatment all together to have a great result. This shampoo has an amazing scent and it last for days. This Shampoo leaves my hair smooth and soft. I notice that it helps recovery my damaged hair. It has a light and creamy texture, but it is easy to rinse. This shampoo produces a reasonably good foam. I like that the texture is not heavy. I really enjoyed getting this shampoo. It lathered well and made my hair shiny and healthy. My blonde highlights looked a bit more toned and a little less brassy, but this isn't a purple shampoo, so it's not meant to fully tone. I took off 1 star because it irritated my scalp a little when I used it to double cleanse my scalp, so I simply used a clarifying shampoo to double cleanse instead of using the Blonde Repair twice. I have thick highlighted hair that's that's few inches past my shoulders. It's porous and extremely dry since I started lightening it years ago. I found this shampoo really nice. It had a thick, fine lather and I was actually able to run my fingers through my hair while shampooing. Usually I can't do this till I condition (and sometimes not even then!)
